echostarix was founded by sound engineers, camera operators and stage managers who kept seeing the same problem across UK studios: talented specialists who had never been trained to work together on a live show. Course A is our answer.
From one Manchester studio to crews across the UK
Course A began in 2019 in a small broadcast studio in Manchester, where echo problems were fixed too late, mics clashed with shot angles, and shows ran on guesswork instead of process. We built a curriculum that closes that gap: echo control, microphone technique, camera coordination and show-day workflow, taught together instead of in isolation.
Since then we've trained more than 340 crews across the country, from independent podcast studios to multi-camera broadcast facilities, and we still run live shows ourselves every week.
